successıul studentsStudents who have a CGPA of at least 2.00 at ihe end of a semester are
considered "Successful". Among these students, the ones with a GPA of 3,00-
3.49 are considered as "Honour" student, and the ones with a GPA of 3,50-4,00
are considered as "High Honour "student.
Academic probation and unsuccessful students. Students with a cumulative grade point average between 1,80-1,99 will be
placed on academic probation. These students may enrol to upper grade
but they are obliged to obtain a grade point average of minimum of 2,00 in
order to graduate.. students, whose cumuıative grade point average is 1,79 and beıow at the
end of the Second semester, are considered unsuccessful and they cannot
enrol to upper grade, Unsuccessful students may retake the courses they
faited or succeeded if they want to until they raise their cumulative grade, point average to 1.80,. Ünsrccessful students, whose cumulative grade point average is 1,50 and
above, may take courses from upper and/or lower grades they have not
taken before with the approval of thelr advisors to replace their BB, BAgraded courses they have taken in the respective semester. The total ofcredits is limited to one time the local credit for BB, BA courses, and two
times the local credit for M courses. such courses will be limited to the
regular course load of the respective semester and they cannot exceed a
total of three courses.
Vll. B. GRADuATE sTUDENTS
Successful students: students who have a CGPA of at least 3.00 at the endof a semester are considered "successful".

required specifications gain the rıght to graduate from the program.
Vlıl, B. GR.ADUATE sTuDENTS
Master Program With Thesis: Consists of at least 7 courses not less than21 credits in total, one seminar and a thesis.
The students who haveo obtained at least "cc" from credited courses, and "s" from non-credited
courses,. Completed a minimum of 120 ECTS credits,. A CGPAof at Ieast 3.00 out of 4.00,a successful thesis and who have passed the thesis exam gain the right tograduate from the program.
Graduate Program Without Thesis: Consists of at least 10 courses not lessthan 30 credıts ın total, and a term project.
The students who have. obtained at least "CC' from credited courses, and "S" from non-credited
courses,. Completed a minimum of 90 ECTS credits,. A CGPA of at least 3,00 out of 4.00,cornpleted a Term Project successfully gain the right to graduate from theprogram.
PhD. Programs: consists of at least 7 courses not less than 21 credits in total,a proficiency exam, thesis prooosal, and a thesis. Students with anundergraduate degree have to take 14 courses with at least 42 credits.
The students who have. obtained at least "cB" from credited courses, and "S" from non-credited
courses,. completed a minimum of 240 ECTS credits for Graduate degree holders,
Completed a minimum of 300 ECTS credits for bachelor's degree holders,. A CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4,00,completed a successful proficiency exam, thesis proposal and doctoral thesisgain the right to graduate from the program-
