Preguntas  Personales      •  El  obje0vo  de  hacer  preguntas  personales  es  

conocer  más  al  trainee,  saber  cuáles  son  sus  mo0vaciones  y  ver  si  sus  mo0vaciones  están  alineadas  con  las  expecta0vas  del  programa  IGCDP.    

•  EJ  :  ‘’  Mis  mo0vaciones  son  viajar  por  Chile  y  conocer  el  país.’’  Esto  no  está  alineado  con  la  propuesta  de  valor  del  programa  IGCDP  que  es  generar  un  impacto  posi0vo  en  la  sociedad  

•    También   es   importante   saber   como   la  persona   conoció   a  AIESEC  o   se   la   persona   ya  es   miembro   de   AIESEC.   Si   no   es,   hay   que  alinear   el   proposito   de   la   organización   y  más  importante   alinear   que   NOSOTROS   NO  SOMOS   UNA   AGENCIA   DE   INTERCAMBIO  SINO   UNA   ‘’AGENCIA   DE   LIDERAZGO’’   QUE  U T I L I Z A   D E L   I N T ERCAMB IO   PARA  DESAROLLAR  ESE  LIDERAZGO    

 •  What  is  your  mo0va0on  to  make  an  internship  ?  •  What  are  the  points  you  want  to  develop  in  your  internship?  

•  Make  a  SWOT  analysis  of  yourself  (  strengths,  weaknesses,  opportuni0es  and  treats  )        

•  Are  you  member  of  AIESEC?  If  yes  what  is  your  role,  if  not  how  did  you  get  to  know  and  what  do  you  understand  about  AIESEC

•  El   obje0vo   ahi   es   entender   cuál   es   la  mo0vación   del   ‘’   trainee’’   para   hacer   un  intercambio   social   voluntario,   como   eso  puede  estar  alineado  con  el  plan  de  carrera  de  la   persona   y   alinear   en   las   preguntas   cuáles  son  los  principales  desaVos  que  el  trainee  va  a  tener  en  un  programa  social  de  IGCDP.    

•  What  are  the  main  challenges  you  think  you  can  face  in  an  volunteer  internship?    

•  How  do  you  deal  with  these  challenges?  •  What  is  cultural  difference  for  you?  Are  you  opened  to  know  about  other  cultures?    

•  How  you  see  yourself  working  with  /  for  poor  people  ?    

•  What  are  the  main  challenges  on  doing  that?    •  What  are  the  mindsets  you  would  need  to  break  to  work  efficiently  in  a  social  project?

Programa  Educacional    

•  How  do  you  see  yourself  working  with  children  in  disadvantage?  

•  What  would  you  be  able  to  do  for  them?  •  What  could  be  the  challenges  and  how  would  you  face  them?    

Programa  Universitario  •  How  do  you  see  yourself  working  with  youth  people?  

•  What  would  you  be  able  to  do  for  them?  •  What  could  be  the  challenges  and  how  would  you  face  them?    

 

Programa  de  Campamientos  •  How  do  you  see  yourself  working  with  children  in  disadvantage?  

•  What  are  you  good  at  and  how  can  it  help  on  construc0ng  the  “  workshops”  for  the  children?  

•  What  would  you  be  able  to  do  for  them?  •  What  could  be  the  challenges  and  how  would  you  face  them?    

Programa  para  NGOs  

•  How  do  you  see  yourself  working  in  a  NGO?  •  What  are  you  key  strengths  to  guarantee  success  in  you  job  in  the  NGO?  (  personal  and  professional)    

•  What  could  be  the  challenges  and  how  would  you  face  them?    

 

•  Facil  no????  Entonces   a   MATCHEAR   !!!!   Lo   importante   es  tener  en  cuenta  3  puntos  :  -­‐  Alinear   con   el   Trainee   lo   que   es   AIESEC   y   lo  que  es  el  programa  IGCDP  

-­‐  Ver   si   el   perfil   personal   y   profesional   está  alineado  con  las  necesidades  de  la  TN  

-­‐  No   demorar   en   el   proceso   de   entrevista.  Máximo  48  horas  para  dar  la  respuesta.
