Agregar el chile, cebolla y zanahoria al vinagre

Hervir

Envasar

Rebanar cebolla, zanahoria y piloncillo

Remojar los chipotles

Hervir el vinagre con agua (1: 1) y hierbas de olor, ajo, canela y piloncillo

Se le agrega el chipotle, zanahoria y cebolla

Hervir durante 10 minutos
