time we reserve the right to issue a new quotation

Estimated shipment T0 + 18 months, T0 being the entry into force dated of the

PO/Contract,

and subject to prior orders received for similar products and

reception of PO/Contract at Cameca France without delay

Terms of payment - 70 % with the order,

- 30 % by Irrevocable and Confirmed Documentary Credit :

- 20 % will be paid against shipping document,

- 10 % will be released after final acceptance,

Actual payments should be made within 30 days of the due

dates. In the event of any payment with order being made more

than 30 days following the issue of our demand for payment,

we reserve the right to delay delivery by a corresponding

amount and consequently any penalties which apply.

The payment due on delivery is for items actually delivered.

Accessories or software which delivery is delayed are not

invoiced except when expressly requested by the purchaser.

Payment due on delivery and acceptance for delivered

instrument cannot be overdue because of delayed accessories

or software.

Installation Included

Training After signature of the acceptance certificate, a 15 working days

period will be devoted to the training of the operator, manpower

and living expenses included.
