BAMBINEX® BASIC is a simple, efficient, com-fortable, and very economical nappy concept consisting of a one-size Bambinex outer wrap - a paragon of quality and efficiency - and anatomically shaped absorbent microfibre boosters. This compact concept offers you the equivalent of 6,000 disposable nappies. Your baby can wear the same outer wraps from birth to potty training, as they grow with your baby. The absorbent boosters are anatomi-cally shaped and cover the entire surface of the wrap. When inserted in the front pocket, they stay in place perfectly.

The basic line concept consists of:- a one-size outer wrap;- an absorbent booster available in 2 sizes;- an absorbent paper liner. Its use is always recom-

mended, but is obligatory if you are using nappy cream.

• Adjustthewraptothebaby’sweightbymeansofthe poppers at the front.

• Insertaboosterinthefrontpocket.UseS1forba-bies weighing 3.5 to 10 kg, S2 for babies weighing more than 10 kg.

• Makesurethatyouinserttheboostercorrectly.Itis also kept in place by the elastic waistband.

• Putanabsorbentpaperlinerontopofthebooster. This is absolutely necessary if you are using nappy cream. Otherwise the nappy cream will enter into contact with the nappy, coat the fabric and reduce its absorbency. It can furthermore be very difficult to remove this film.

• Putyourbabyonthenappy;adjusttheVelcrofas-tenings at the waist making sure that the nappy is not too tight or too loose. Check that nothing is protruding from the wrap.

• To change your baby’s nappy, open the outer wrap, re-move the soiled booster and shake out the nappy liner and any solids into the toilet (composting is also pos-sible). Put the soiled booster in a dry, lidded bucket.

• Cleanyourbaby’sbottom.Useacleanboosterandnew paper liner. Adjust and close the outer wrap.

Remark: You do not need to change the wrap at eve-ry nappy change. If it is only wet, wipe it dry and re-use it. On average, the wrap only has to be changed every 3 to 5 nappy changes, barring accidents.

IMPORTANT REMARK

YOUMUSTWASHANDDRYALLABSORBENTPARTSATLEASTTHREETIMESBEFOREUSE.

New nappies contain residues of the manufacturing process such as wax and oil, and consequently offer only limited absorbency at purchase. Laundering them removes these residues and fluffs up all the fibres.

MICROFIBRE nappies and boosters need to be laundered more often. Their absorbency is optimal after approximately 10 washings.

REMARK 2

If you are using nappy cream, you MUST always use a paper liner. If the nappy cream enters into contact with the nappy, it coats the fabric and reduces its absorbency.

STORING THE NAPPIES

WerecommendthatyoustoresoilednappiesinaDRY,liddedbucketfor2to3daysatthemost.Tomake things easier, you can put a laundry mesh in the bucket. This way, you can put all the nappies in the washing machine in one go.

Never exceed the recommended dose, even if it seems very little, and do not use any of the forbid-den products.

If you do not observe the washing instructions, your nappies will start to leak or get damaged. They may even become unsuitable for use altogether.

The washing instructions are very simple. Observe them to make optimal use of the nappies.
