Caracol y Colibrí es un montaje de teatro de máscaras para niños ypara toda la familia que estimula la práctica musical y apoya elrescate de la música tradicional mexicana; fue estrenado en 2015bajo la co-producción de dos compañías especializadas en lacreación de montajes para jóvenes audiencias: Laboratorio de lamáscara e Idiotas teatro. 

S INOPS IS

Caracol y Colibrí cuenta la aventura de dos personajes, enbúsqueda de la música que les enamora. Dos seres distintos enmateria, pero similares en esencia, haciéndonos recordar lo valiosode una amistad con gran simpleza pero al mismo tiempo de formadirecta. El abuelo maíz, un viejo que conoce los secretos de la viday poseedor de la música, enseñara a los dos amigos el camino aseguir para conseguir su objetivo, ayudándolos a descubrir lamúsica de su propio interior, descubriendo así la semilla que tantobuscaban.

“Caracol y Colibrí” is a theater of mask spectacle for the whole

family which stimulates musical practice and back the rescue of traditional Mexican music. It was premiered on 2015 and produced

by two theatrical companies specialized on the creation of spectacles for young audiences: Laboratorio de la mascara and

Idiotas Teatro.

STORYL INE

Caracol and Colibrí are looking for the music they are in love with.

Two different beings but similar in spirit, make us remember the

value of friendship with great simplicity, but in a direct way at the

same time. The grandfather Maiz, an old man who knows the

secrets of life and possessor of music, will teach these two friends

the way to achieve their goal therefore discover the music of their own, the seed they so much sought.
