LA RELACIÓN LABORAL ART. 327 DEBE SER BILATERAL Y DIRECTA. TRABAJADOR Y EMPLEADOR SIN INTERMEDIARIOS O TERCERIZACIÓN. PROHIBICIONES : PRECARIZACIÓN CONTRAQTACION LABORAL POR HORAS OTROS TERCERIZACIÓN Condiciones precarias. Se deberá hacer contratos indefinidos. Se prohíbe los intermediarios. PENALIZACIONES Y SANCIONES INCUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES FRAUDE SIMULACIÓN ENRIQUECIMIENTO ILICITO Si esto no se cumple SE SANCIONARÁ DE ACUERDO A LA LEY.
