Salida desde Bilbao a las 09.00h. Ruta bordeando la margen derecha de la ría y dejando al otro lado de la ría los pueblos industriales de Barakaldo, Sestao y Portugalete. Una vez en Getxo, llegaremos al famoso Puente Colgante. Breve parada para verlo de cerca. Seguimos recorrido para pasar por el imponente Castillo de Butron con sus 45 me-tros de altura y por Mungia hacia la costa hasta San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, preciosa ermita agarrada a una roca y rodeada de mar. Seguiremos por la costa hasta el típico pueblo pesquero de Bermeo, donde pararemos para visitarlo. Seguidamente lle-garemos por la costa a Mundaka, donde podremos disfru-tar de su belleza y deleitarnos con las magnificas vistas de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai. Después seguiremos hasta llegar a Gernika y visitar su famosa Casa de Juntas y su Árbol. Regreso hacia Bilbao por el interior de Bizkaia con bellos paisajes y llegada a su hotel sobre las 14:00 h.

Departure from Bilbao at 09.00h AM. Panoramic route along the right bank of the estuary with industrial towns like Ba-rakaldo, Sestao and Portugalete on the other side of the estuary.

Once we arrive in Getxo, we reach the famous Transporter Bridge of Biscay. Brief stop for a closer look. We continue route to pass by the imposing Castle of Butron with its 45 meters height and Mungia village towards the coast to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, beautiful chapel clinging to a rock and surrounded of sea.

We continue along the coast to the typical fishing village of Bermeo, where we stop for a walking visit. Then, we continue along the coast to Mundaka, where we can enjoy its beauty and delight with the magnificent views of the Biosphere of Urdaibai. Then we continue up to Gernika for a visit to the famous Assembly House and the Tree. Return back to Bilbao to arrive at the hotel at about 02.00 PM

Salida desde Bilbao a las 09.00h. de la mañana para dirigirnos por autopista a Biarritz donde efectuaremos un recorrido panorámico de los lugares más bellos e interesantes de esta Ciudad residencial y Turística con su Faro, Playas, Puerto Viejo. Casino, Museo del Mar, Rocher de la Vierge, Hôtel Du Palais an-tigua residencia de Napoleón. Seguiremos la Ruta para acercarnos al precioso pueblo de St. Jean de-Luz, donde efectuaremos una visita a pie por sus zonas más interesantes con sus edificios históricos y su típico Puerto. Continuaremos por la Costa para llegar a Hendaye, pueblo situado en la des-embocadura del Rio Bidasoa justamente enfrente de Hondarribia, a donde nos desplazaremos desde el Puerto de Hendaye en un pequeño barco que cruzara la Bahía. Una vez en Hondarribia tiempo libre para almorzar. We will enjoy a panoramic city tour of the highlights of this famous town including the lighthouse, beaches, old port, casino, Sea Mu-seum, Rocher de la Vierge and Hôtel Du Palais former summer resi-dence of Napoleon. We continue the route along the coast to arrive in the beautiful village of St. Jean de Luz, where we will visit on foot the most interesting areas with their historic buildings and typi-cal port. We continue along the coast to reach Hendaye, a village situated at the mouth of river Bidasoa and just opposite to Honda-rribia, where we will cross the bay from France to Spain into a small boat. Once in Hondarribia, we will have free time for lunch.

In the afternoon we will continue the route to San Sebastian where we will enjoy a panoramic tour of the most interesting areas, avenues, bridges, Walk of la Concha, etc ... including the views from Mount Igeldo and a walking tour into the typical old town, full of his-tory with its most emblematic buildings as the Church of the Virgen del Coro, Town Hall, Old Port, Aquarium, etc. Return back to Bilbao to arrive at the hotel late in the afternoon.

Salida desde Bilbao a las 09.00h. de la mañana para dirigirnos hacia Vitoria por la autopista. El recorrido muestra los paisajes montañosos hasta llegar a la Meseta con sus bosques de roble y hayas.

Llegando a Vitoria iniciaremos un recorrido panorámico por la ciudad recorriendo todo el dibujo urbano moderno. Después, pararemos en el Casco Viejo de la ciudad para visitarlo. Tiempo libre para pasear o tomar un café. Desde aquí, nos dirigiremos por diferentes pueblos alaveses hasta llegar a Labastida y finalmente Laguardia, famoso pueblo de la Rioja Alavesa por su Conjunto Histórico Monumental y asimismo sus magnificas bodegas. Tendremos tiempo para recorrer sus calles de trazado medieval, sus casas señoriales y sus dos igle-sias fortificadas.

Tiempo libre para almorzar en alguno de sus típicos restaurantes; nuestro guía les ofrecerá detalles de los restaurantes y menús selec-cionados. Visita a Bodega Tradicional para probar sus vinos.

Regreso directo hacia Bilbao por autopista y llegada a su hotel a me-dia tarde.

Departure from Bilbao at 09.00 AM. and we will head directly to Vitoria via highway. The route shows the mountainous landscapes until rea-ching the plateau with its forests of oak and beech.

In Vitoria we will enjoy a panoramic tour of the city including all the most recent areas. Then we stop at the old town for a walking visit.

From here, we continue the route through different towns of Ara-ba until we finally pass Labastida and we arrive in Laguardia, a famous historical and monumental charming village of Rioja Alavesa with magnificent wineries. We will enjoy the medieval streets, the lordly houses and the two fortified churches.

Free time for lunch in one of its typical restaurants; our guide will provi-de suggestions and possibilities of restaurants. Included a guided visit to a traditional winery including tasting of wines.

Salida desde Bilbao a las 09.00h.de la mañana para dirigirnos por autopista hacia el interior de Gipuzkoa, pasando por Eibar, Elgoi-bar, Azkoitia y Loyola. En Loyola pararemos para poder visitar su santuario de armónicas proporciones, levantado entre los siglos XVII y XVIII, donde podremos visitar la espectacular Basílica y ver la casa torre donde nació San Ignacio. Seguiremos el recorrido pasando por Azpeitia, y saliendo hacia la costa por Zumaia, la bordearemos hasta llegar a Getaria. Tendremos tiempo libre para visitar este precioso pue-blo pesquero, ubicado en ladera de un monte muy fértil, con su Arco de Catrapona, pasadizo medieval por debajo de la iglesia con capilla de marineros, la Iglesia Parroquial de San Salvador (siglo XV), que es una joya del arte gótico, su puerto pesquero, sus estrechas calles y sus típicos bares y restaurantes. Después continuaremos el viaje pasando por Zarauz, enclave turístico desde el siglo XIX. Más adelante llega-mos a San Sebastián. En esta bella ciudad efectuaremos un recorrido panorámico completo para poder apreciar todos sus paseos, la playa de la Concha y subir a Igueldo que domina toda la bahia. Después visita a pie de su Parte Antigua. Tiempo libre para almorzar. Departure from Bilbao at 09.00h AM. We will head directly into the heart of Gipuzkoa province, passing by the villages of Eibar, El-goibar, Azkoitia and Loyola. At Loyola we will stop for a visit to the Sanctuary of harmonic proportions, raised between XVII & XVIII centuries, including a visit to the spectacular Basilica and the tower-house where Saint Ignatius was born. We continue the route pas-sing through Azpeitia and out towards the coast at Zumaia, until Getaria. We will visit this beautiful fishing town located in the fertile slopes of the mountain, including the arch of Catrapona a medieval passageway beneath the church of San Salvador (XV century) with a chapel for sailors which is a Gothic gem, its fishing port, its na-rrow streets and typical bars and restaurants. Then we continue the trip passing by Zarauz, tourist resort since the nineteenth century. Once in San Sebastian we will start a full panoramic tour including the views of the beach of la Concha and the great views from above Mount Igeldo. Afterwards we will enjoy a walking tour into the old town. Free time for lunch. Our guide will provide suggestions and possibilities of restaurants. Salida desde Bilbao a las 08,00h en dirección a Vitoria. A la llega-da Vitoria realizaremos una breve visita panorámica de la ciudad y un recorrido a pie guiado por el centro para descubrir los rincones más emblemáticos de la ciudad; la Catedral nueva, el Parlamento Vasco, la Plaza de la Virgen Blanca, el Ayuntamiento, los Arquillos, la Plaza del Machete, la Iglesia de San Miguel, etc…. Posterior-mente seguimos la ruta para llegar a Salinas de Añana, uno de los rincones más sorprendentes del País Vasco. Realizaremos una interesante visita guiada para conocer la historia, la arquitectura, la arqueología y la biodiversidad de las salinas.

Seguimos la ruta para llegar a Orduña, antiguo paso aduanero, donde realizaremos una visita guiada. Seguimos el recorrido pasando por el Valle de Ayala y tendremos el almuerzo incluido en restaurante típico en Balmaseda. Despues de almorzar pasaremos por la zona Minera de Bizkaia para llegar a la costa; a Santurtzi y Portugalete.

Once we arri-ve in the Capital city of the Basque country, we will enjoy a guided walking tour through the center to discover the most emblematic corners of the city; the new Cathedral, the Basque Parliament, the Virgen Blanca square, the Town Hall, the Arches, the Machete squa-re, the church of San Miguel, etc .... Recogida en el hotel a la hora acordada. Traslado hasta el aeropuerto para realizar una visita aérea a Bilbao, la Costa Vasca o los montes del interior del País Vasco. A una altura de 300 metros las vistas son esplendidas. Antes de despegar y durante el vue-lo se darán explicaciones técnicas y se enseñaran las instalaciones. Regreso al hotel al finalizar la actividad.

Hotel pick up at the agreed time. Transfer to the airport for scenic flight experience over Bilbao, the Bas-que Coast or the interior mountains of the Basque Country. At an altitude of 300 meters, the views are splendid. Before taking off and during the flight, the pilot will give technical explanations and show the ins-tallations. Recogida en el hotel a la hora acordada. Traslado hasta el puer-to donde desplegaremos las velas para recorrer la Costa Vasca pasando por Punta Galea, Faro de Gorliz, las dunas de Azkorri, Barinatxe, Sopelana, Meñakoz, Plentzia. Regreso a puerto disfrutando de una degustación de vino a bordo y traslado al hotel al finalizar la excursión.

This is a fun interactive class in a nice and relaxed format by the hand of one of the most actual and reference Chefs in Bilbao. Learn the secrets of preparing traditio-nal Basque Pintxos, as well as some more current and innovative recipes and also some very interesting tricks, in addition to taste them all in the end.
