VOLEIBOLVOLLEYBALLEs un deporte donde juegan dos equipos sobre un terreno de juego separados por una red central,

tratando de pasar el baln por encima de la red hacia el suelo del campo contrario. El baln puede

ser tocado o impulsado con golpes limpios, pero no puede ser parado, sujetado, retenido o

acompaado. Cada equipo dispone de tres toques para devolver el baln hacia el campo contrario.

Habitualmente el baln se golpea con manos y brazos, pero tambin con cualquier otra parte delcuerpo eceptuando los pies.

# !i el baln toca el suelo dentro del campo contrario, tanto si el $ltimo toque corresponde a

un jugador propio como a uno del equipo contrario.

# !i el baln acaba %uera de la pista de juego, sea por un ataque desacertado sobre el campo

contrario o por un error al tratar de de%ender. &a %alta corresponde al jugador y al equipo que

toc el baln por $ltima vez, y se anota punto al contrario.

# !i se supera el n$mero de toques permitidos sin haberlo pasado al campo contrario, o un

mismo jugador toca dos veces de %orma consecutiva el baln, el punto lo consigue el equipo

contrario.

Cada vez que un equipo consigue un punto realizar' un saque directo al otro campo con un solo

golpe.

Volleyball is a sport where two teams compete in a piece of land divided by a central net. The

players have to hit the ball over the net to the opposite ground. The ball is hit by fast hits, but it

cannot be caught or retain. Each team has three opportunities to hit the ball to the opposite side.

Usually the ball is hit with hands and arms. You can also hit the ball with any part of your body butnever with your feet.

You get points :

# If the ball rebounds in the opposite ground, even if the last touch belongs to your team or to

the opposite team.

mista!e trying to defend your team. The fault belongs to the team who hit the ball for the

last time and the opposite team gets the point.

# If the same team touches the ball more than allowed without throwing it to the other side.

Every time a team gets a point and they have the chance to serve to the other side using one touch.

Ultimate is a competitive sport without contact between players which is played in teams with a

flying disc.

The main goal of this game is to score points by doing passes with the disc aforementioned up to the

goal line of the contrary. The players can not move while they have the disc in their hands.

/ules:

# 0ne point is scored when a pass is got inside the goal area and there is contact with some

parts of the body inside the area which is being attac!ed.

# The disc is removed though passes or throwing. It is forbidden to run or wal! with the disc.

# To start the game, one of both teams put the dis! at sta!e by throwing it as far as possible.

# In case the disc fall to the floor, the contrary ta!es up it and then, this team turns into the

new attac!er team.
