Puentes - Puerta, Zona Franca Universitaria, plantea la transformación de una zona infrautilizada de vías en un polo de atracción de conocimiento. Con este proyecto se busca una doble regeneración, planteando no sólo la devolución a la naturaleza y a la ciudad de este trozo de litoral, sino también una alternativa económica a la que hasta ahora ha sido una de las principales fuentes de ingresos de la región.

Con el fin de minimizar el impacto de un extenso programa en un entorno tan delicado, éste se estructura en una forma semiatomizada y sensible con el terreno, reinterpretando el típico pueblo mediterráneo. El proyecto se concibe como una nueva capa para cubrir necesidades actuales, que se inspira en las capas que a lo largo de la historia se han ajustado adecuadamente al clima y los recursos naturales del Mediterráneo.

In arder to minimize the impact of the large size of the program in a sensitive environment, the uses are subdivided and adapted to the terrain, in a shape reminiscent of a typical Mediterranean village. The project is conceived as a new layer to cover current needs, taking inspiration from the layers that throughout human history have fit properly to the climate and natural resources of the Mediterranean.

Hybrid Cloud busca integrar un nuevo concepto de centro cívico y de actividad social a través de la creación de una nube programática que interpreta y complementa el skyline de Madrid. No se busca por tanto la imposición de un programa a través de una nueva geometría, sino el establecimiento de un diálogo a través de una pieza que conecta con la ciudad, desde la percepción visual hasta la actividad local.

The Hybrid Cloud seeks to integrate a new concept of civic and activi1y center through the creation of a programmatic cloud that interprets and complements the pre-existing skyline of the capital. The project therefore avoids the implementation of a new program through the creation of an invasive geometry but rather seeks to dialogue through an adaptive piece that aims to connect the new set of programs to the ci1y, from the visual perception to the local activrty.

El proyecto reinterpreta la linealidad de los antiguos huertos de El Molinar para crear un sistema de bandas, que con diferentes longitudes configura las distintas viviendas. En sus espacios públicos, se incorporan las antiguas huertas, y se integran y complementan los antiguos sistemas vinculados a ellas. Acequias, aljibes y los molinos que dan nombre a esta zona de Palma de Mallorca vuelven a cobrar un sentido para la ciudad contemporánea.

The project reinterprets the linearity of the old orchards of El Mo/inarto create a system of bands with different lengths, which configures the different types of dwellings. In the public spaces, the old orchards are incorporated, and the old systems associated with them are integrated and complemented. Ditches, ponds and the milis that give name to this area of Palma de Mallorca make sense again in the contemporary city.

EXCENTRICIUDADES: PAISAJES URBANOS IMAGINARIOS Ilustración 11/ustration "Excentriciudades" es una colección de paisajes imaginarios, una mezcla de distintos urbanismos y arquitecturas, infraestructuras invasivas, personas y vehículos en movimiento. Los dibujos no buscan tanto ser una propuesta urbana como composiciones excesivas sobre distintas percepciones y realidades de la gran ciudad contemporánea.

"Excentriciudades" is a collection of imaginary landscapes, a mixture of different urbanisms and architectures, invasive infrastructures, people and moving vehicles. The drawings do not seek to be an urban proposal, but rather excessive compositions of different perceptions and realities of the contemporary city.

EXPOSICIÓN EXCENTRICIUDADES EXHIBITION Expuesta en la Sala El Episcopio del Ayuntamiento de Ávila durante febrero de 2015. Exhibited at the Exhibition Hall El Episcopio of Ávila City Hall during February 2015.

La exposición recopila la serie del mismo nombre mostrando una evolución personal. El recorrido por el proceso de trabajo y pensamiento se adapta a las características arquitectónicas del recinto histórico.
