OIL of the INFIRM Los pastores frotaban sus ovejas con aceite para proteger su piel y sanar sus heridas.

Cuando una persona

recibe el sacramento de la unción de los

aceite como signo de tierno cuidado de Dios para ellos.

OIL of CATECHUMENS Los antiguos guerreros cubrirían su armadura

1. All the world will know you are my disciples By the love that you offer, the kindness you show. You have heard the voice of God in the words that I have spoken. You beheld heaven’s glory and have seen the face of God.

2.I must leave you now only for a moment. I must go to the Father to make you a home. On the day of my return, I will come to take you with me To the place I have promised where your joy will have no end.

3.I am like a vine you are like the branches. If you cling to my teaching you surely will live. If you make your home in me, I will come to dwell within you. You can count on my mercy when you ask for what you need.

Love is all encompassing, it serves, it is not envious nor does it rejoice in wrong.

Love does not antagonize, it not discourteous, egotistical, nor is it duplicitous.

Love forgives everthing, it is charitable, it does not find joy in injustice.

Love only rejoices in the truth.

Love is supportive, love believes, love hopes, love is faithful.

Our faith and our hope, in front of God, will be no more.

THE PROCESSION Tonight's mass does not end. Tonight's mass continues tomorrow and concludes on Holy Saturday. We will follow the cross and candles to the repository in the school lunchroom and we will sing a refrain. When we reach the lunchroom please move as close to the altar as possible. As the deacons and priest approach the entrance we will begin the traditional Eucharistic hymn at the end of your program.

LA PROCESIÓN La misa de esta noche no termina. La misa

de esta noche continuará mañana y concluirá el sábado santo. En breve,
