PROJECT BRIEF

J-Ville is an estate of over Ninety (90) well laid out plots on a parcel of land measuring 7.866 hectares with a development of good infrastructure such as; good surfaced road, drainages, electrification, water, perimeter fencing and gate house. The project is located two minutes from the Lagos Business School in Lekki Peninsula along the Lekki-Epe Express way. The location is a medium density and serene environment and is in very good proximity to the Lagos Business School, Victoria Garden City, Ikota Shopping Complex, Shoprite and Chevron and as such allows for easy access to other parts of the Lagos Island Metropolis. The Land title covering is a Governor’s Consent and is free from any encumbrances. There are current and regularly maintained infrastructure and amenities within the environs of the property as provided by the Government.

The infrastructural development has commenced around the estate with perimeter fencing and drainages. The project is well laid out with adequate ground space around and more alsp within the estate will also be earmarked for secured parking for both residents and their visitors.

The following payments are required to secure a plot + Infrastructure & Title Documents in our J-Ville Estate, Ajah – Lagos:

Total value of property – N10, 000,000.00

We offer a flexible payment of 30% initial deposit while the balance can be amortized over 12 – 18 months.Payments can be made through:

1. Cheque payable to Crovation Limited.2. Bank Draft Payable to Crovation Limited.3. Bank Transfer.
