RESUMIENDO:

✔︎ Interferon ha mostrado beneficio en el melanoma ulcerado --> Estadios IIC?

✔︎✔︎ Los datos comunicados con los inhibidores chekpoint inmunológicosy terapias dirigidas han abierto un nuevo horizonte en el tratamiento adyuvante

del Melanoma de alto riesgo, aunque los datos de los que disponemos tienenuna madurez limitada

❖ Nivolumab vs Ipilimumab mejoría en SLR en Estadios IIIB/C Y IV a los 18 ( HR 0.65) y 24 meses ( 0.66) en los diferentes subgrupos , con menor toxicidad

❖ Pembrolizumab también ha demostrado beneficio en SLR ( HR 0.57) frente a placebo ( 18 meses seguimiento) independiente expresión PDL1 y mutación BRAF

❖ Los pacientes BRAF mutados el tratamiento con Dabrafenib y Trametinibfrente a placebo reduce el riesgo de recidiva en un 53% y un 43 % el riesgo de

muerte en estadios IIIA/B/C
