CONCLUSIONES YOBSERVACIONES

En la Implementacin de la segunda Fase se nos hanpresentado muchos inconvenientes en cuanto al sistema de

informacin lo cual ha llevado ha no cumplir las metassatisfactoriamente, en cambio hemos buscado en la medida denuestras posibilidades diferentes formas de solucionarlos,trabajando con responsabilidad y compromiso.

Esperamos contar con mas acompaamiento en el proceso que

sigue ya que conocemos de lleno que la oferta Institucional debecomenzar desde las Instituciones del Municipio y que mejor con elcompromiso desinteresado del seorAlcalde y el Delegado Municipal,para lo cual necesitamos que de alguna manera desde all nos ayudena involucrarlos mas en el sentido real de la Estrategia.

Hasta ahora hemos trabajado con los implementos de oficina que

de alguna manera hemos conseguido prestados, pero necesitamosque nos colaboren para que se cumpla el convenio y mejorar lacalidad en cuanto a la atencin al publico y manejo de archivo.

Como experiencia pasada seguimos en la incertidumbre de lacontinuidad que se le dar al proceso con las familias, nos parece

inconveniente si se desea cumplir con el objetivo de la estrategia ymas aun de esta segunda fase cuando se pretende que la familiapueda acceder a los servicios y as ir alcanzando logros se quede elproceso nuevamente a medias o ni siquiera en algunas se comience,armando falsas expectativas y un descontrol de ideas e incovenientesen la relacin que hasta ahora llevamos con las familias a nuestrocargo. Esperamos que ustedes se pongan en el lugar de nosotros queda da nos encontramos con las familias y mas aun con mil preguntasy expectativas a las cuales no tenemos que responder.

Esperamos que se realice un refuerzo practico sobre losconceptos para salir a Plan familiarya que la capacitacinque recibimos no lleno nuestras expectativas generandomuchas dudas e inquietudes que solo se pueden aclararen el trabajo de campo y no queremos que losinconvenientes se presenten directamente con las familias
