del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).

El Decreto 1443 de 2014 esta dirigido solamente a seguridad y salud en el
trabajo, mientras que RUC ® contiene elementos adicionales a los de seguridad
y salud en el trabajo, como ambiental y responsabilidad social empresarial.
Por su diseño y estructura, los elementos del sistema de gestión RUC ® , podrán
correlacionarse con uno o varios artículos (elementos) del decreto 1443 de
2014, debido a que en cada requisito RUC ® esta inmerso el concepto PHVA.
Por ejemplo:
El elemento 2.5 capacitación y entrenamiento del RUC, podrá correlacionarse con
el Art. 11 capacitación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo – SST y con el Art 21
indicadores que evalúan el proceso del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud
en el trabajo – SST, del Decreto 1443 de 2014.
