claim in the EU have been dashed after the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)

held its earlier line and unanimously rejected them all.

Un grupo de investigadores del Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos (IATA), dependiente del CSIC, publicó, también en 2009, un artículo en la revista ACTA Pedriática, en el que afirmaban que las evidencias científicas “demuestran una relación entre la composición de la microbiota intestinal y la obesidad”
