PÉROLA

•Ler atentamente e considerar todas as instruções antes e durante a montagem e guardar este manual para consultas futuras. Recomenda-se duas pessoas para a montagem.

Para movimentar a estante montada, retirar equipamentos e objetos instalados no tampo, nas prateleiras e nos painéis da estante, aliviando o peso e evitando danos ao móvel e aos objetos.

Pisos desnivelados e irregulares comprometem a estabilidade e o esquadro do móvel, podendo danificar os rodízios e causar empenamento, deformação e outros problemas nas peças.

Certificar-se do nivelamento e da regularidade do piso em que o móvel será instalado, assegurando adequação de funcionalidade e de uso e a manutenção das condições de garantia do produto.

Não expor o produto à luz solar direta e à umidade. Para limpeza, utilizar flanela seca ou levemente umedecida em água. Não utilizar produtos químicos, abrasivos e solventes.

Não utilizar o móvel como assento ou como apoio para escalar o próprio móvel ou a parede. A Estante Pérola é adequada para TV LCD/LED/Smart de até 52" e peso de até 12kg a ser fixada

no painel, desde que observadas as especificações próprias destes aparelhos (suportes e parafusos para TV não inclusos). Pesos máximos recomendados : 15 kg na base; 12 kg no tampo; 10 kg na

prateleira central; 4 kg na prateleira móvel; 4 kg na prateleira superior; e 12 kg para TV no painel (considerando pesos estáticos, distribuídos uniformemente pela superfície das peças).

GARANTIA (Brasil): este produto tem garantia de 90 dias contra eventuais defeitos de fabricação, conforme Art. 26, inc. II do Código de Defesa do Consumidor. O direito à assistência técnica ou à

substituição do produto ou de partes dele, dentro do período de garantia, é assegurado desde que observadas as instruções de montagem, instalação e conservação constantes deste manual e mediante

a apresentação da Nota Fiscal de compra. O desgaste natural do móvel e problemas decorrentes de montagem incorreta e de uso inadequado não são cobertos pela garantia .

Para mover la estante, sacar objetos y equipos colocados en el interior o en la parte superior y repisas, reduciendo el peso y evitando daños al producto y equipos. Pisos fuera de nivel y irregulares ponga

en peligro la estabilidad y lo ángulo recto de la estante, o que puede dañar las ruedas y causar deformación y otros problemas en las piezas del producto. Asegúrese de la nivelación y regularidad de la

superficie en que el mueble será instalado, lo que garantiza adecuación de funcionalidad y uso y el mantenimiento de las condiciones de garantía. No exponga el producto directamente a la luz solar y la

humedad. Para la limpieza, utilice paño seco o ligeramente humedecido. No utilice productos químicos, abrasivos y solventes. No utilice la estante como asiento o como soporte para escalar el

propio mueble o la pared. Estante Pérola es adecuada para TV LCD/LED/Smart de hasta 52" y peso de hasta 12 kg a fijar en el panel (soportes y tornillos para TV no incluidos). Pesos máximosrecomendados: 15 kg en la base; 12 kg en el tablero; 10 kg en la repisa central; 4 kg en la repisa removible; 4 kg en la repisa superior; y 12 kg para TV en el panel (los valores indicados consideran

Two people are recommended for assembly.To move the assembled furniture, remove the materials and equipments put inside or on the middle board, the shelves or in the panels, decreasing weight and preventing damage to the product.Irregular or unleveled floors can leave the furniture to instability, which can damage the casters and maybe cause warping, distortion and others problems in the product parts. Make surre the levelingand regularity of the surface on which the product will be installed, ensuring accurancy and appropriateness of functionality and usage and maintaining warranty conditions. Don't expose the productto direct sunlight and humidity. For cleaning, use dry or slightly humid cloth. Don't use chemicals and abrasive products. Don't use the furniture as a seat or as steps to climb thefurniture itself or the wall. Recommended maximum weights : 15 kg on the base; 12 kg on the top panel; 10kg on the middle shelf; 4 kg on the removable shelf; 4 kg on the upper shelf; and upto 12 kg for TV on the panel. Supports and bolts for fixing the TV to the panel not included.

• Fixar a Lateral esquerda (02), a Lateral direita (03)

e a Divisória (04) na Base (01) com cavilhas (A) e

parafusos 5,0 x 50mm (B).

Fijar el Panel lateral izquierdo (02), el Panel

lateral derecho (03) y la Partición (04) en la

Base (01) con clavijas (A) y tornillos 5,0 x 50mm (B).

Fix the Left Side Panel (02), the Right Side Panel (03) and the Partition (04) on the Base (01) with

dowels (A) and bolts 5.0 x 50mm (B).

• Aplicar os suportes-pinos (E) na Lateral direita (03)

e na Divisória (04), para posterior instalação da

Prateleira móvel (16).

Aplicar soportes pinos (E) en el Panel Lateral

derecho (03) y la Partición (04), para después

instalar la Repisa extraíble (16).

Apply the supports (E) in the Right Side Panel (03)

and in the Partition (04), for later installation of

the Removable Shelf (16).

• Encaixar o perfil-trilho de plástico (17) no canal da

Base (01).

Insertar el perfil carrile de plástico (17) en el

canal de la Base (01).

Insert the plastic rail (17) into the channel of the

Base (01).

PREPARAÇÃO DA PORTA DESLIZANTE (05):

• Aplicar os deslizadores-guias de plástico (C).

• Fixar o Aplique decorativo (20) na face externa da

Porta (05) com fita adesiva dupla-face (D).

PREPARACIÓN DE LA PUERTA DESLIZANTE (05):

• Insertar los guías plásticos (C).

• Fijar la Placa decorativa (20) en la face

externa de la Puerta (05) con cinta adhesiva doble cara (D).

PREPARING THE SLIDING DOOR (05):

• Apply the plastic guides (C).

• Fix the Decorative Plate (20) on the outer face of the Sliding Door (05) with the double-sided

adhesive tape (D).

• Fixar o Montante (06) na Prateleira central (07) com

cavilhas (A) e parafuso 5,0 x 50mm (B), aplicando-os

nas posições indicadas no desenho.

Fijar el Soporte central (06) en la Repisa central

(07) con clavijas (A) y tornillo 5,0 x 50mm (B), aplicandolos en las posiciones indicadas en el

deseño.

Fix the Middle Support (06) on the Middle Shelf (07)

with dowels (A) and bolt 5.0 x 50mm (B), applying them in the positions shown in the drawing.

• Encaixar o perfil-trilho de plástico (17) no canal

debaixo da Prateleira central (07).

Insertar el perfil carrile de plástico (17) en

el canal debajo de la Repisa central (07).

Insert the plastic rail (17) into the channel under

the Middle Shelf (07).

• Aplicar os parafusos Minifix (F) sob a Prateleira (07).

Aplicar tornillos Minifix (F) en la Repisa (07).

FIXAÇÃO DA PRATELEIRA CENTRAL (07) E INSTALAÇÃO DA

PORTA DESLIZANTE (05):

• Aplicar as cavilhas (A) nas Laterais (02) e (03) e na Divisória (04).

• Instalar a Porta deslizante (05), encaixando os deslizadores-guias

(C) nos trilhos (17).

• Finalizar a fixação da Prateleira central (07) nas Laterais (02) e

(03) e na Divisória (04) com cavilhas (A) e dispositivos Minifix

(F+G) e aplicar os tapa-furos (I).

FIJACIÓN DE LA REPISA CENTRAL (07) Y

INSTALACIÓN DE LA PURTA DESLIZANTE (05):

• Aplicar las clavijas (A) en los Paneles laterales (02) y

(03) y en la Partición (04).

• Instalar Puerta (05), encajandola en los carriles (17).

• Finalizar la fijación de la Repisa central (07) en los

Paneles laterales (02) y (03) y en la Partición (04) con

clavijas (A) y dispositivos Minifix (F+G) y, después,

aplicar las capas adhesivas (I).

FIXING THE MIDDLE SHELF (07) AND INSTALLING THE DOOR (05):

• Apply the dowels (A) in the parts (02), (03) and (04).

• Install the Door (05), by attaching it into the rails (17).

• Finish the fixing the Middle Shelf (07) in the Side Panels (02) and

(03) and in the Partition (04) with the dowels (A) and the Minifix

hardware (F+G) and then, apply the adhesive covers (I).

• Forrar o piso com o papelão e a isomanta da embalagem,

para proteger as peças, e dispor o Painel inferior (08), o

Painel central (09) e o Painel superior (10) com a face traseira

voltada para cima, verificando corretamente a posição de

cada um conforme os furos e o desenho.

Forre el piso con cartón y isomanta de empaque,

para proteger las piezas y organizar el Panel inferior

(08), el Panel central (09) y el Panel superior (10)

con la face posterior hacia arriba, observando

correctamente la posición de cada uno de

acuerdo com los orifícios y con el diseño.

Line the floor with the cardboard and the foam

mantle of the packing to protect the parts

and arrange the Lower Panel (08), the

Middle Panel (09) and the Upper Panel (10)

with the rear face upwards, checking correctly

the position of each part according to the holes and the drawing.

• Posicionar as barras traseiras (11) com a face pintada

voltada para frente [para os Painéis (08), (09) e (10)],

e fixá-las aplicando as cavilhas (L) e os parafusos (M).

Posicionar las Barras traseras (11) con la face pintada

hacia adelante [para los Paneles (08), (09) y (10)] y

fijarlas aplicando las clavijas (L) y los tornillos (M).

Position the Rear Bars (11) with the painted side facing forward [for the Panels (08), (09) and (10)] and fix them

applying the dowels (L) and the bolts (M).

• Fixar os rodízios (18) e (19) sob a Base (01) com os

parafusos 4,5 x 16mm (K), nas posições indicadas no desenho.

Aplicar 4 parafusos em cada rodízio. Fijar las ruedas (18) y (19) debajo de la Base (01) con

los tornillos 4,5 x 16mm (K), en las posiciones mostradas

en el deseño. Aplicar 4 tornillos en cada rueda.

Fix the casters (18) and (19) under the Base (01) with the

bolts 4.5 x 16 (K), in the positions shown in the drawing. Apply 4 bolts to each caster.

• Posicionar as Colunas traseiras (12),

alinhando-as pela borda inferior do

Painel (08) e junto às extremidades

das Barras traseiras (11) e fixá-las

com cantoneiras (N) e parafusos (O).

• Aplicar o parafuso Minifix (F) no furo central da face

inferior do Tampo (13).

Aplicar el tornillo Minifix (F) en el orifício central

debajo del Tablero (13).

Apply the Minifix bolt (F) into the central hole in the

underside of the Top Panel (13).

• Aplicar cavilhas Ø6 x 30mm (A) no topo superior do

Montante (06) e no topo inferior do Painel inferior (08). Aplicar clavijas (A) en el borde superior del Soporte

(06) y en el borde inferior del Panel inferior (08).

Apply dowels (A) in the upper edge of the Middle Support

(06) and in the lower edge of the Lower Panel (08).

• Posicionar todo o conjunto dos Painéis (08), (09) e (10)

e demais peças montadas nos PASSOS 6, 7 e 8 sobre o Suporte central (06) e a Prateleira central (07),

encaixando-os através das cavilhas (A) e fixar o Tampo

(13) no Suporte (06) aplicando o tambor Minifix (G) e

o Painel (08) na Prateleira (07) aplicando os parafusos

5,0 x 50mm (B) indicados.

Coloque el conjunto completo de los Paneles (08),

(09) y (10) y otras piezas montadas en los PASOS 6, 7 y 8 sobre el Soporte central (06) y la Repisa

central (07), encajándolos a través de las clavijas

(A), y fijar el Tablero (13) en el Soporte (06)

aplicando el tambor Minifix (G) y el Panel (08) en

la Repisa (07) con los tornillos (B) indicados.

Position the entire set os Panels (08), (09) and (10) and

other parts assembled on STEPS 6, 7 and 8 on the Middle

Support (06) and on the Middle Shelf (07), fitting them

through the dowels (A) and fix the Top Panel (13) to the

Middle Support (06) applying the Minifix drum (G) and

the Panel (08) to the Shelf (07) applying the indicated bolts 5.0 x 50mm (B).

• Fixar o Fundo (15) atrás da Base (01), das Laterais (02) e

(03), da Divisória (04) e da Prateleira (07) com pregos (J).

Fijar el Panel trasero (15) detrás de la Base (01), de

los Paneles laterales (02) y (03), de la Partición (04) y de la Repisa central (07) con clavos (J).

Fix the Back Panel (15) behind the Base (01), the Side

Panels (02) and (03), the Partition (04) and the Middle

Shelf (07) with nails (J).

• Encaixar as tampas (P) nos furos dos Painéis (08) e (09).

Insertar las capas (P) en los Paneles (08) y (09).

Insert the plastic parts (P) in the Panels (08) and (09).

• Instalar a Prateleira móvel (16), apoiando-a nos pinos (E)

aplicados na Lateral (03) e na Divisória (04).

Instalar la Repisa extraíble (16), apoyándola en

los soportes (E) aplicados en el Panel derecho (03)

y en la Partición (04).

Install the Removable Shelf (16) by supporting it on the

pins (E) applied to the Side Panel (03) and Partition (04).

com cantoneiras metálicas (N) e parafusos 3,5 x 12mm (O).

Fijar las Columnas traseras (12) en la Repisa central
