AGRADECIMIENTOSA todos los gastronautas (tengan las estrellas que tengan), porque son ellos los que han hecho posible la recopilacin de las recetas de este foro, y en especial a Beatriz Ruiz, que ha sido la gran impulsora de este foro, y que con su generosidad inici la recopilacin y redaccin de las recetas para que estuvieran al alcance de todos. Personalmente, y a pesar de que este libro es infinitamente mejorable, creo que es el reflejo de que todava hay gente que cumple la mxima de HAZ BIEN Y NO MIRES A QUIN. Por eso, cada vez que alguien (espero que sean muchos thermoadictos) haga una de las recetas de este libro, y experimente el placer de recibir la felicitacin de los comensales, se acuerde del foro y de sus gastronautas. Tambin quiero indicar que este libro es tan slo una recopilacin de las recetas, por lo que no puedo asegurar el xito de todas ellas. Es ms, os invito a que se vayan modificando y mejorando, con los comentarios de los que las experimenten. Por eso, os invito a utilizarlo como libro de cabecera, e ir hacindole todas las modificaciones que creis necesarias a las recetas, para ir adaptndoles a vuestro gusto. De hecho est en Word, porque creo que es ms fcil modificarlo en vuestros ordenadores. Para aquellos que prefieran utilizar el libro en versin impresa, os recomiendo imprimir 2 pginas por hoja, a doble cara en orientacin horizontal, para que ocupe lo menos posible.
