Piping Project ManagementAs the design takes shape, we guarantee continual technical support and our emergency Management department can prevent any risk of slow down or work-stoppage, thus ensuring that we fully comply with the contractual deadlines that our customers have to meet. Our Microsoft integrated Management software, developed ad hoc for our requirements, enables us to supply instant updates on the state production progress, the geographical position of materials in consignment or the arrival date on the work-site, and allows us to forecast maintenance times subsequent to assembly so that we can notify customers in advance. With the a high level of integration of our operations, we are in a position to communicate precisely, right at the time of the offer, the day in which the part will be at the work-site and ready to be assembled.

Durante el desarrollo del proyecto, garantizamos un apoyo tcnico constante y gil .Adems, nuestro departamento de Gestin puede prevenir cualquier riesgo que pueda retrasar o detener las obras, permitiendo as que nuestros clientes cumplan con los plazos contractuales que hayan asumidos. Nuestro software de gestin integrado Microsoft, desarrollado ad hoc para nuestras necesidades, nos permite ofrecer actualizaciones instantneas acerca del estado de avance de la produccin, la posicin geogrfica del material enviado o la fecha de llegada de dicho material al lugar de obras. Tambin nos permite prever los tiempos de mantenimiento sucesivos al montaje, a fin de avisar con antelacin al cliente. El alto nivel de integracin de nuestras funciones nos permite comunicar con precisin, ya desde el momento de la oferta, el da en que la pieza estar en el lugar de obras, lista para su instalacin.

The quality of every Steeltrade component is certified and guaranteed by our quality control department that checks 100% of all our outgoing materials. All suppliers with whom we deal with in our production, are inspected and well-qualified; our staff takes charge of monitoring them during each stage of the production process. The aim is to guarantee maximum quality and eliminate the possibility that customers may receive parts that do not comply with their requests.

When we started in 1981, a commercial network was required in order that our area, being one of the major production areas in the sector of pipe fittings, would be linked to the global Market. Gradually we grew, moving beyond the simple business of trading. In over thirty years we have established the network of contacts on which we base our business and which enables us to create a flexible offer of products, adapting it to all design needs.

Cuando empezamos en 1981, una red comercial era requerida en nuestra zona, siendo una de las principales reas de produccin en el sector de los accesorios de tubera a nivel mundial. Poco a poco fuimos creciendo ms all de la simple actividad de comercio de compra y venta. Furthermore, we can study, patent and deliver new suitable components to satisfy the specific conditions of the installation. First of all, we have understood the importance for the contractor of having a single reference point for locating components. Having a complete supply, with each of its components guaranteed by the Steeltrade's brand name, and with uniform quality standards and guaranteed delivery times, means simplifying the work and freeing up design and financial resources.

Using laboratories and its skilled internal personnel, Steeltrade is able to carry out a complete range of tests and trials,

in accordance to customer requests.

A travs de laboratorios y cualificaciones internas y externas, Steeltrade es capaz de realizar la ms amplia gama

de pruebas y ensayos requeridos por el cliente.

Inspection & Testing

MECHANICAL TESTS: tension tests at ambient and hot temperatures (ASTM/EN), resilience tests (ASTM/EN), crushing tests (ASTM/EN), bend tests (ASTM/EN), CTOD (ASTM/EN), step cooling test (ASTM), hardness tests with micrography and macrography, with or without simulation. Thermal treatments (ASTM/EN), metal inclusion controls (ASTM/EN).

CHEMICAL TESTS: chemical analyses of product, corrosive tests (HIC or SSCC in accordance with TM0284/TM0177 or to customer specification, intergranular corrosion test, G48, HIC, pitting corrosion test, ferrite check and other corrosive tests in accordance with ASTM STD/NACE).

NDE TESTS: X-ray examinations (ASTM/EN), ultrasound examinations (ASTM/EN), testing with magnetic particle (ASTM/EN), testing with liquid penetrants (ASTM/EN), P.M.I. test.

ENSAYO MECNICO: pruebas de traccin a temperatura ambiente y temperaturas elevadas (ASTM/EN), pruebas de resiliencia (ASTM/EN), pruebas de aplastamiento (ASTM/EN), pruebas de plegado (ASTM/EN), CTOD (ASTM/EN), prueba de enfriamiento escalonado (ASTM), pruebas de dureza con micrografas y macrografas, con o sin tratamientos trmicos simulados (ASTM/EN), controles de inclusiones metlicas (ASTM/EN).

ENSAYO QUMICO: anlisis qumicos de producto, pruebas de corrosin (HIC o SSCC, conforme a TM0284/TM0177 o segn especificacin del cliente, prueba de corrosin intergranular, G48, HIC, prueba de corrosin por picaduras, control de ferrita y otras pruebas de corrosin segn ASTM STD/NACE).

ENSAYOS NDE: pruebas de radiografa (ASTM/EN), pruebas de ultrasonidos (ASTM/EN), control con polvos magnticos (ASTM/EN), control con lquidos penetrantes (ASTM/EN), prueba PMI.
