Santiago, Chile El proyecto de mejoramiento de las conexiones entre Costanera Norte y Autopista Central, dentro de las obras del plan Santiago Centro Oriente, incluye la construcción del túnel Vivaceta, de dos carriles, mejorando la conectividad entre ambas autopistas. El túnel Vivaceta, la obra más singular del proyecto, posee una longitud aproximada de 600 m, incluyendo un pique de unos 21 m de profundidad (21x90 m) y el cruce del río Mapocho en cajón con una longitud aproximada de 42 m. La excavación se realiza mayoritariamente en las gravas y bolos de la segunda y primera depositación del río Mapocho y se ejecuta en su práctica totalidad bajo paraguas de micropilotes siguiendo el NATM, en su mayor parte a sección completa y minoritariamente en avance y destroza. The project for the new connection between Costanera Norte and Autopista Central is part of the Santiago Centro Oriente plan, including in it the construction of Vivaceta tunnel, two lanes, improving the connectivity between both highways. The Vivaceta tunnel, the most singular work of the project, has an approximate length of 600 m, including a shaft of about 21 m in depth (21x90 m) and the crossing under the Mapocho River in cut&cover with an approximate length of 42 m.
