CONCLUSIONES IP para mejorar la adherencia al tto:
Atención Farmacéutica Hospital-Primaria
Monitorización inmunosupresores
No omeprazol, tacrólimus ayunas
Complicaciones post-Tx: infecc., rechazo y tumores
Comenzamos abril 2010, se han informado a 52 pacientes: 46 pacientes encuestados: 41 tienen un grado de satisfacción 9-10.
