TRUenergy acquired the MarulanDevelopment Site from the State last yearwith formal transfer completed in March20tL.

The Marulan site was originally developed as2 stand alone & separately owned Projects(by Delta Electricity and Energy Australia) onthe same land title.

Site t: 2x OCGT ) Peaking Plant only

Site 2: 2x OCGT à CCGT Conversion

TRUenergy will continue to progressdevelopment of the Project and is conductinga concept review to identify improvementsthat can be made as a single owner of theproject and complete necessary connectionlicences.

. The existing approved site layout iswide enough to accommodate all 4 E

Class turbines on 1 site.

Benefits

Construction lay down area can sit onsecond site reducing habitat removal.

Second site can accommodateevaporation ponds which can be used toreduce trucking requirements for rejectwater.

Will require slight alteration to theproposed electrical line design but stillwithin the approved corridor.

TRUenergy will be discussing thisproposal with DoP once the conceptplan is finalised.
