    The universities have as part of their organization a main office thatdesigns and administers the policy and strategy ofinternationalization. (budget per area)

    The faculties are the ones in charge of deploying the policy throughstrategies according to their objectives and individual

    developments. (budget per faculty) An excelent communication strategy in both, the internal and the

    global context.(branding).

    Human talent with a particular profile: intercultural knowledge,multilinguisme, public relations.

    Campus specially designed for the internacionalization. The three basic questions: Why? What for? How?

    Internacionalization of the staff through formation and experienceswith different organizations abroad.

    mobility Alignment of the mobility actions with the strategy and the decisions of

    the country and region.

    Academic peers who facilitate the mobility of the students (countries ofemergent economy).
