joven llamada Yhi. El Gran Espíritu susurró Yhi... Yhi...

Levántate, la despertó suavemente. Yhi abrió los ojos y con

sus rayos hizo desaparecer la oscuridad sobre la tierra.

Se levantó y empezó un largo viaje.

A medida que Yhi caminaba, las flores brotaban bajo sus

pies y no descansó hasta que todo quedó cubierto por un

Many moons ago, the earth was dark and silent. Nothing

moved. It was Dreamtime. In a deep, dark cavern a beautiful

young woman called Yhi lay sleeping. The Great Spirit

whispered “Yhi... Yhi... get up”, waking her gently. Yhi

opened her eyes and with her rays of light she rid the earth

of its darkness. She got up and began a long trip. As Yhi

walked along, flowers sprang up under her feet and she did

not rest until everything was covered by a green mantle.

With her magic light, she created water. When the earth

was full of brilliancy and life, Yhi herself was transformed

into an enormous ball of fire.

Por favor notifique al personal del SPA cuando efectúe su reserva si

Con cu nto tiempo m nimo de antelaci n debo presentarme en el SPA?

Debería presentarse al menos con 15 minutos de antelación al inicio

de su tratamiento para tener tiempo suficiente de asignarle una

taquilla, hacer el cambio al albornoz y zapatillas, y relajarse en el

área de relax del SPA.

Se recomienda acudir 60 minutos antes de su tratamiento en el caso

de que quiera disfrutar del circuito de aguas, para lo que debe traer

su traje de baño.

Llevar ropa interior para los tratamientos?

Le aconsejamos se desnude según su comodidad y comunique

cualquier duda o preocupación a su terapeuta. Puede solicitar ropa

interior desechable para los tratamientos corporales.

D nde dejar mis joyas y objetos de valor?

A cada cliente se le otorga un casillero para su uso exclusivo durante

toda la experiencia SPA. Sin embargo no se hace responsable de

objetos de valor perdidos u olvidados.

Cu l es la normativa b sica de YHI SPA?

No se permite fumar, ni alimentos y bebidas del exterior, teléfonos

y otros aparatos electrónicos. El acceso es para mayores de 16 años...

y disfrutamos del silencio.

Cu l es la pol tica de cancelaci n?

Si usted quiere cancelar debe notificar con al menos 24 horas de

antelación, evitando así el cargo del 50% del tratamiento. Un cambio

de cita será posible con al menos 4 horas de antelación, y dependiendo

de la disponibilidad.

Qu ocurre si llego tarde a mi cita?

Debe tener en cuenta que llegar tarde simplemente acortará su

tiempo de tratamiento.

Dependiendo de la duración de su tratamiento, un retraso largo

puede convertirse en una ausencia y por tanto el cargo completo de

la tarifa del tratamiento a su cuenta o tarjeta de crédito.

Cu les son las formas de pago?

Los tratamientos SPA pueden ser cargados a su cuenta o pagados en

efectivo. Los servicios del SPA serán pagados por adelantado.

Se aconsejan las reservas anticipadas

Le animamos a realizar las reservas con la mayor anticipación posible,

para asegurar la disponibilidad de sus tratamientos favoritos. Por

Who will help me choose a treatment?

The staff at the SPA can help you choose services and treatments,

including the right sequence of treatments.

Can I ask for a male or female therapist?

You can ask for a male or female therapist as you prefer, although we

cannot guarantee the availability of specific therapist or their gender.

All our therapists are highly trained professionals, with in-depth

knowledge of all the treatments. They will do their best to make your

experience an unforgettable one.

What kind of precautions should I take?

For health reasons, treatments are not recommended when you have

a full stomach, and no treatment will be given to any guest under the

influence of alcohol or drugs. Shaving prior to exfoliation or receiving

any SPA service when you have sunburn should be avoided.

What if I have a health problem?

Please notify the SPA staff when making a booking if you have high

blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, or are pregnant.

How early do I need to arrive at the SPA for my scheduled

appointment?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so that

there is time to assign you a locker and you can change into a bathrobe

and slippers and relax in the SPA chill-out zone.

We encourage you to arrive 60 minutes before your scheduled

appointment if you wish to enjoy our hydrotherapy circuit. Swimsuits

are recommended for your privacy and comfort.

Is underwear worn during the treatments?

We advise you undress to the point that feels comfortable and notify

your therapist if you have a query or concern. Disposable underwear

can be requested for body treatments.

Where should I leave my jewellery and valuables?

Each client is assigned a locker for their sole use while at the SPA.

Nonetheless, the SPA cannot be held responsible for lost or forgotten

valuables.

What basic Spa rules should I comply with?

Smoking, food, beverages and the use of mobile phones or electronic

equipment is not permitted. The SPA is only open to people over the

age of 16. We also ask you to respect the quiet atmosphere in the

SPA (except at specifically arranged times, please ask fot details).

What is the cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24

hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise we will have

to charge you half the cost of the treatment. Appointments can be

rescheduled, providing that at least 4 hours prior notice is given,

depending on availability.

What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

Bear in mind that arriving late will simply reduce the time of your

treatment. Depending on the length of your treatment, a very late

arrival may constitute a no-show, and the full price of the service will

be charged to your account or credit card.

How do I pay for my treatments and SPA services?

SPA treatments can be charged to your account or paid for in cash.

SPA services must be paid for in advance.

Advance bookings are recommended.

We advise you to make a booking at the SPA as far in advance as

possible to ensure the availability of your favorite treatments and

times. Please phone the SPA at ext. 6267, or visit the SPA reception

area.
