• Shell: ND 100 to 400 mm (4 to 16“)

• Tubes: Ø14/19 mm (OD ½“/ ¾“)

• Maximum temperature range: -30 to +220°C (-22 to +428°F)

• Max. pressure range: -1 to +10 bar (full vacuum to 145 psig)

CORRESIC® SE Block Heat Exchanger

• Monolithic blocks and headers in pressureless sintered

SiC material for universal corrosion resistance

• Modular design with axial bellow on shell side to

enable thermal expansion, helical springs for

homogenous sealing forces throughout the whole

range of operation, PTFE gaskets between the blocks,

and PTFE or stainless steel baffles on shell side

• Heat transfer area: 0,3 to 20 m² (3 to 215 ft²)

• Block diameter: 160, 260, 350 mm (6“, 10“, 14“)

• Temperature range: -60 to +230°C (-76 to 446°F)

• Pressure range: -1to +16 bar (full vacuum to 232 psig)
