• La incidencia de rechazo agudo durante la
NTA es mayor que la observada en los
pacientes sin NTA. (Mikhalski et al, Transplantation 2008)
• Biopsias recomendadas cada 7-10 días
(Qureshi et al, Transplantation 2002)
• Biopsia no necesaria si aumenta la
diuresis rapidamente o la creatinina serica
disminuye. (KDIGO)
DIAGNÓSTICO
- Biopsia no relevante porque las alteraciones son parcheadas.
- Ausencia o no detección de C4d (daño no es dependiente de complemento).
- Ausencia o no detección de Ac Anti-HLA (absorción por parte del tejido, niveles
excesivamente bajos o presencia de Ac no anti-HLA).
