La naturaleza de la comunicación en salud está
cambiando en las personas, ya que confían cada vez más en el
Internet para información sobre la salud.
Un estudio reciente del PewResearch Center encontró que
el 80% de los internautas buscan en línea para obtener
información de salud, por lo que es la tercera actividad más
popular.
Las investigaciones anteriores han indicado que los hospitales están empezando a utilizar las
tecnologías Web 2.0 para comunicarse e interactuar con
los pacientes.
