Amiya offers one of the most extensive metal products in the building

industry. Working closely with architects and engineers, Amiya coordinate the

design, engineering, manufacturing and erection of the project. This

includes a scope analysis to determine the best solution, a design

recommendation; advanced software based engineering calculations and

fabrication schedules to coordinate the work with other phases of the

project.

The software permits optimal structural design this design efficiency permits

economical distribution of material to meet load and stress requirement.

Software programmes are available to verify not only the design but also to

provide accurate manufacturing date for the manufacture of the components.

Structures with hollow sections are more economic and strong than

conventional rolled sections. We manufacture Roof Truss upto 50M spans

and portal frames upto 100M span. Design software are used for economy

and safety of such structures. Large radius of gyration compared to unit

weight of a member, the tube has the largest possible value, which makes

the tubular structure cost effective.

PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDINGS

As one of the largest integrated manufacturers of Metal Building in India, Amiya

undertakes construction of Metal Buildings from concept to commissioning.

Large spans and bay lengths are special feature of our design. Softwares

developed by U.S. based companies are utilized to prepare design and

drawings free spans upto 60M and bay spacing upto 9.0M are generally

designed and manufactured by Amiya. From structural framing system to

panels, insulations, doors and all other accessories – all are supplied from one

roof, Amiya. We do not believe in handing over the building system materials to

builders. We undertake the erection of structures and installation of the building

ourselves.

type of project. Whether the project is as simple as a bus shelter, as large as a

stadium or of extreme complexity, space frame can cater for all. Our technical

collaborations with Busch Industries, USA and availability of European software

of India. With its large setup for manufacturing as well as rental stock, it can

METALLIC ROOF SHEETS & WALL SYSTEMS

Amiya manufactures not only the primary framing of Pre-Engineered

buildings but also manufacture the secondary frames, cladding and a full

line of colour matched trim and accessories such as gutter, trims,

Ventilators and down comers.

AMRIB is the new generation of wide cover sheeting materials. The

panels are manufacturers from high tensile steel coils of 345/550 Mpa

yield strength. The specially designed shape of the profile combined with

high tensile property of the steel materials gives it strength and economy.

The panels are durable and perform over a long period of time.

AMRIB panels can be used in exterior & interior on straight or curved

surfaces. Apart from roof & side clad of industrial building it has many

other applications like ceiling, partition, facings, doors, fascias etc.

Amiya have roll forming lines to manufacture roof & wall panels of various

profiles, colours and matching both Galvalume & Galvanised. The colour

coating are SMP, RMP.

PAVER BLOCKS

Our interlocking pavers are much better alternative to conventional

surfacing. Manufacturing is done by sophisticated machine and

steam curing is done to ensure full strength of concrete is achieved

within minimum time. The paver blocks in various shapes, sizes and

colours, manufactured to customer’s specifications.

day

miya, since its inception has expanded its production facility

from a small factory at Maniktala, Kolkata to three production

facilities in Kolkata and one at Siliguri. The state of the art facility

at Khidirpur and other places are distributed in a planned layout on

over 11000 sq.mts. Workshop area.
