• The President Max Apapoe participated in the JCI Conference in St. Louis, ASAC Annual General Assembly and was elected as

the Director for North America and the non-Spanish speaking Caribbean.

• El Presidente Max Apapoe participó en la Conferencia de la JCI en St. Louis, ASAC Asamblea General Ordinaria y fue elegido

como el Director para América del Norte y el Caribe de habla no española.

• The President Max Apapoe participated in the 52nd Convention of JCI Colombia Senate and delivered training for a private

company, JCI Members and JCI Colombia Senate members.

• El Presidente Max Apapoe participó en la 52 ª Convención de la JCI Colombia Senado y entrega de capacitación para una

empresa privada, los Miembros de la JCI y los miembros de la JCI Colombia Senado

• Three new members of JCI Suriname were recognized and awarded the JCI Senator status in 2013 namely, Marvin Pollack,

Barbara Favery, Marsha Kioe A Sen and Pernell Glorie.

• Tres nuevos miembros de la JCI Surinam fueron reconocidos y galardonados con el estado de Senador de la JCI en el 2013 a

saber, Marvin Pollack, Barbara Favery, Marsha Kioe A Sen y Pernell Glorie

• Participation in the 2013 year closing event of JCI Suriname.

• La participación en el acto de clausura 2013 años de la JCI Surinam.

• JCI Suriname senators participation in the different events of JCI Suriname and provided training and coaching to the members

and officers of JCI Suriname.

• Participación senadores JCI Surinam en los diferentes eventos de la JCI Surinam y proporcionado capacitación y entrenamiento

a los miembros y funcionarios de la JCI Surinam.

ACHIEVEMENTS / OBJETIVOS CUMPLIDOS

• Participation in the Conference of the Americas in St. Louis, USA from 29 – 04 May 2013.

• Participation in the ASAC 5th encounter held in Trinidad and Tobago from 12 – 18 Augustus 2013 .

• La participación en el ASAC quinto encuentro que tuvo lugar en Trinidad y Tobago 12-18 Augusto 2013.

• In September 2013 the President and ASAC Director Max Apapoe visited Curacoa for a short visit. He met with the Curacoa

Senate President Sheila Coffie-Whieskie, ASAC Past President Vivienne Daflaar and 2012-2013 Green senate Director Hebron

Adoptie.

• En septiembre de 2013, el Presidente y Director de ASAC Max Apapoe visitaron Curazao para una corta visita. Se reunió con el

presidente del Senado, Curazao Sheila Coffie-Whieskie, Ex Presidenta ASAC Vivienne Daflaar y 2012-2013 Directora Verde

senado Hebron adoptie.

• Meeting with Senators of JCI Suriname. | Reunión con los Senadores de la JCI Surinam.

• Meeting with the JCI Assigned VP for Suriname in 2013 Victor Machin.

• Reunión con el Vicepresidente de la JCI asignado a Suriname en 2013 Victor Machin.

• Meeting with Senators from French Guyana in Suriname. | Reunión con los senadores de la Guyana Francesa en Suriname

• Sharing of information about ASAC and other Senate organizations with JCI Suriname members.

• El intercambio de información acerca de ASAC y otras organizaciones con miembros del Senado JCI Surinam.

• Senators of JCI Suriname Participated in the National convention of JCI Suriname in 2013.

• Participation in the Year closing event of JCI Suriname Dec 2013.

• Meeting with National BOD and LOM members and JCI Cayenne (French Guyana) members and the French

Federation President in Suriname.

• Reunión con el Junta Directiva Nacional y OLM miembros y JCI Cayenne (Guyana Francesa) miembros y el

Presidente de la Federación Francesa de Suriname.

INTERNATIONAL

• Participated in the JCI Conference in St. Louis, USA from 29 April – 04 May 2013.

• Participated in the 5th ASAC Senators Encounter in Trinidad and Tobago from 12 – 18 Augustus 2013.

• Participated in the 57th National convention of JCI Colombia in Santa Marta from 26 – 29 September 2013.

RECOMMENDATIONS / RECOMENDACIONES

1. Introduce activities and programs to get own Senators more involved in activities. • Dar a conocer las actividades y programas para conseguir propios senadores más involucrados

en las actividades. 2. Investigate ways to better support the national organization to improve the overall JCI

experience of young and new members • Investigar formas de apoyar mejor la organización nacional para mejorar la experiencia

general de la JCI de miembros jóvenes y nuevos. 3. ASAC to develop a newsletter which will include information on all Senate activities and

programs, also from the different countries to share with all members. Find ways to combine efforts to develop this “ASAC News” document

• . ASAC para desarrollar un boletín informativo que incluirá información sobre todas las actividades y programas del Senado, también de los diferentes países para compartir con todos los miembros. Una vez más buscar la manera de combinar los esfuerzos para desarrollar este "ASAC News" documento.

4. Develop an ASAC Annual calendar of activities and events for all members to know what activities will be executed and plan to participate. This should include information of the member countries.

• Elaborar un calendario de ASAC anual de actividades y eventos para todos los miembros sepan qué actividades serán ejecutadas y planean participar. Esto debe incluir la información de los países miembros.
