PROCEDIMIENTO DE INVESTIGACION DEACCIDENTES

1. OBJETIVO:

Contar con una metodologa para la investigacin de accidentes que permitaprevenir su ocurrencia futura y asegura la gestin de riesgos no identificados.

2. DEFINICIONES:

Accidente: Evento relacionado con el trabajo, el que ocurri o pudo haber ocurridolesin o enfermedad, (independiente de su severidad), o vctima mortal.

3. DESARROLLO:

El proceso de DJAL debe reportar el accidentea la ARL. (Se cuenta con 2 das hbiles paranotificar a la ARL) y diligenciar el FURAT(formato de la ARL), este debe conservar lainformacin, testimonios, fotos y objetos parapoder realizar la investigacin correspondiente.

Al realizar el reporte tambin les asignan el

centro de atencin ms cercano en caso denecesitarlo.

Anlisis de causaraz o bsica.

Se determina la causa bsica para poderasegurar conocer la verdadera causa delaccidente. El informe del accidente debe irfirmado por representante legal en lossiguientes 15 das, si se trata de una fatalidad.

A partir del anlisis de causa raz se determina

el plan de trabajo a realizar para evitar que sevuelva a repetir el accidente. Si el comit loconsidera pertinente, se puede iniciar unaaccin correctiva o una accin preventivaempleando los procedimientoscorrespondientes.
