PRESENTACIN

Como nos comprometimos, cada mes evaluaremos la contienda por la Presidencia de Mxico que se

renueva en 2012; aunque an no se plantean ni siquiera las reglas que cada partido fijar para elegir a sus

candidatos, s tenemos ya en el escenario a algunos a los que se ha dado en llamar "presidenciables",

grupo que por cierto no es cerrado, por lo que si aparecen nuevos personajes aqu los mediremos.

En abril, fecha del presente estudio, vivimos eventos contrastantes, como la pausa de noticias

generada por semana santa; tragedias como el tsunami en Japn o grandes incendios sobre todo en

Coahuila; La boda "real" en Inglaterra y la beatificacin de Juan Pablo II, y en la parte electoral el "fracaso"

de las alianzas PAN-PRD en 3 estados, EDOMEX, Coahuila y Nayarit.

En los resultados podemos ver un crecimiento de la figura de Lpez Obrador y de Josefina Vzquez

Mota, aunque a ritmos tal vez menores a los que ellos quisieran. Por partidos se mantiene un claro

posicionamiento de 1-2-3 entre PRI-PAN-PRD que poco significa hoy cuando aun no hay candidaturas

Sin ser un documento de anlisis, seguiremos mostrando mes a mes el estado de la opinin de estas

Variables Fundamentales Rumbo al 2012.

territorio nacional

NOTAMedir las preferencias electorales sin candidatos y sin escenarios de contienda claros

es solo una forma de medir la fuerza de los partidos; se pueden hacer muchas

objeciones y recomendaciones como es posible que PAN y PRD vayan en alianza se

debe considerar la alianza de izquierda y no solo medir al PRD en solitario; al PRI sele debe medir junto con el PVEM porque ya es una alianza cantada; la no respuesta

abre espacio para medir a un candidato independiente y muchas otras. Todos esos

casos o cualesquiera que se presenten en el transcurso del camino hacia las

candidaturas los mediremos en su momento, pero por lo pronto presentamos el

ejercicio con los partidos separados, sin candidaturas independientes y sin considerar

rompimientos o alianzas.
