We implement relaxation techniques according to each person’s needs. All of our guests receive personalized service from their therapists, who recommend the most appropriate treatment and duration for the most effective therapy.

The names of our treatments and relaxation rooms evoke the ocean. Every room’s floor has reflections of coral green sparks.

Unlike other spas in Cartagena, we offer the water circuit, a therapy with water and Bi-thermal shocks, which we complement with soothing therapies and specialized rituals, delivering relaxing and energetic benefits throughout the body, distinguishing us for offering more than the temporary relaxation of a massage.

We suggest arriving at the SPA 15 minutes prior to each scheduled appointment.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

Minimum age required to access the SPA area is 18.

CANCELATION POLICY

24 hours in advance without penalty, for those guests not lodged at hotel and

4 hours for hotel guests. Treatments total amount will be charged if cancellation policy

is infringed.
