To create a festive end to end experience that…

• Creates a comfortable and fun environment that allows employees to feel relaxed and feeling what a great company they work for.

• Allows employees time to shop in a relaxed environment rather than rushing to their nearest high street.

• Engages employees with the brand and motivates employees to talk about the brand.

• Ensures employees families are involved and allows them to feel more open with the brand too.

• Leaves a lasting impression on employees.

• Encourages employees to embrace the Christmas spirit.

• Continues to represent and uphold Ricoh’s six star service.

Christmas market to be held outside to generate a more authentic

WINTER WARMERS


• A happy, busy, festive Christmas market atmosphere that all employees can’thelp but want to be apart of.

• The most inviting festive environment including, the cold outdoors, Christmas songs playing in the background, individuals wrapped up, browsing the stalls, additional help warming up with mulled wine and hot chocolate.

• Hot roasted chestnut cart to create the most amazing Christmas smell in the air.

Complementary mince pies and mulled wine, so all employees have the chance to be involved.

SNOW GLOBE PHOTO BOOTH


• Utilised either just for fun on the day or suggested to employees they can create their very own Christmas cards with the images.

• Gives employees a chance to provide personalised gifts to their families.

• Team with charity to raise extra funds.

E-mail images to employees or arrange printing – can this be

done in-house?

Small fee from employees to print cards. All proceeds to go to chosen charity.
