Terms and conditions The fee paid covers all activities up to the start date of employment, including market research, advertising, identifying and addressing potential candidates, interviewing, shortlisting, writing a detailed candidate profile for you, reference checking, offer negotiating

We are known for quality of our screening – we never just send a CV. We always pre-screen candidates and present detailed profiles with the CV detailing why the candidate suits your organisation and position

Our recruitment service is based on success fee and will be priced at a percentage of the annual salary of the individual we recruit

We only charge when we place someone with you. Our research is free. Our fee is based on a fixed % of annual salary and we apply a discounted fee for volume hiring.
