TREATMENT RESERVATION All services must be reserved in advanceand are subject to availability. You are advised to book as far in advance as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

PAYMENT All services must be paid at the time of reservation. Several payment options are available; cash, credit card, and guests when staying at the Hotel, can add the payment to their room account.

CANCELLATIONSIn the event of non-attendance or cancellation within 12 hours of the appointment, the company reserves the right to charge the full cost of thetreatments or programme. No refund will be given if a client decides to interrupt their stay or a requested programme for any reason.
