1.- ESTRUCTURA SISMO RESISTENTE:

A.- SUPERESTRUCTURA.- Los bloques 1, es de un nivel y está conformado por un sistema aporticado (vigas y columnas).

La resistencia cilíndrica del concreto para los bloques es f’c=210 kg/cm².

B.- SUBESTRUCTURA.- La cimentación es un sistema de zapatas corridas y zapatas conectados por vigas de cimentación. Ver Fig.5.

B.1. Deformaciones de Suelo

Se hizo el cálculo de presiones por la teoría elástica con el programa SAFE y se obtuvo los siguientes resultados para los desplazamientos:

De donde se observa que las deformaciones del suelo no superan a 2.50 cm (EMS), por lo tanto las cimentaciones tiene las dimensiones adecuadas en planta. Figura 6

B.2. Presiones de suelo

Se hizo el cálculo de presiones por la teoría elástica y se obtuvo los siguientes resultados para las presiones:

De donde se observa que las presiones no superan a 1.30×0.003=0.04 kg/cm² (Estudio de Mecánica de Suelos).

B.3. Punzonamiento por Cortante

Se pre dimensionó las zapatas con un peralte de 30 cm.

Por lo tanto la cimentación tiene un peralte adecuado como se indica, debido a que el ratio no pasa el valor de 1.
