• The new electronic industry arises from the confluence of 2 processes: • A) The commercial opening of the industrial segment of the substitution of imports. • B) The development in depth of the international division of the work and his effect on the
local industry of multure. The commercial opening, which initiates in 1981 and major cobra depth from 1985, promotes the traffic from one to another modality of industrialization.

CONCLUSION
• TELMEX is a company highly developed the opportunity to exert a monopolistic company has favored him so that his expancion was a big step, which enabled him to lead and leave behind the competition.
• Since privatization the growth of telecommunications in Mexico has been very important. By privatizing an effective and modern regulatory body was created in Mexico regulation it has been almost nonexistent, and the dominant company has stopped legal reform projects to make effective the regulation. Successful court has upheld the claims against monopolistic practices.
• We can say that many times in our country some laws that supposedly effect changes, sometimes simply part to encourage acts that are not very favorable for the country and the economy of this.
